  • 1.5 cups vodka preferably infused with herbs or floral extracts
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup adjust to taste for sweetness
  • 3 cups ice cubes roughly crushed for easier blending

Method
 

  1. Measure out the infused vodka and pour it into the blender.
  2. Add the simple syrup to the blender, balancing sweetness with your preference.
  3. Top the mixture with the ice cubes, ensuring there's enough for a thick, slushy consistency.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, frosty, and visually thickened, about 30-45 seconds.
  5. Stop the blender and check the texture; it should be icy yet scoopable. If needed, add a few more ice cubes and blend briefly again.
  6. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, garnishing with edible flowers, sprigs of herbs, or lemon twists for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

For a richer floral flavor, infuse the vodka with dried lavender or rose petals for a few days prior to making the slushie.
