- Measure out the infused vodka and pour it into the blender.
- Add the simple syrup to the blender, balancing sweetness with your preference.
- Top the mixture with the ice cubes, ensuring there's enough for a thick, slushy consistency.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, frosty, and visually thickened, about 30-45 seconds.
- Stop the blender and check the texture; it should be icy yet scoopable. If needed, add a few more ice cubes and blend briefly again.
- Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, garnishing with edible flowers, sprigs of herbs, or lemon twists for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
For a richer floral flavor, infuse the vodka with dried lavender or rose petals for a few days prior to making the slushie.
