- Pour the cooled brewed coffee into the blender jar.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender with the coffee.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes thick, slushy, and smooth with no large ice chunks remaining—about 30-45 seconds.
- Stop the blender and check the consistency—if it’s too thick, add a splash of milk; if it’s too liquid, blend a few more seconds.
- Divide the coffee slushie into glasses, garnishing with a coffee bean or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired.

For an extra creamy texture, blend in a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a splash of milk.
