Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk can substitute with plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce preferably smooth, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups ice cubes preferably crushed or small-sized

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring Cups
  • Sensitive spatula

Method

  1. Add the milk, caramel sauce, and ice cubes to your blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a thick, icy texture forming and the color turning caramel-rich.
  3. Stop the blender and check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again briefly.
  4. Pour the slushie into chilled glasses, which helps keep it frosty longer and makes for a more photogenic presentation.
  5. Optional: Drizzle extra caramel sauce over the top for added sweetness and visual appeal.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, enjoying the rich caramel flavor paired with the icy texture.

Notes

For a creamier texture, substitute some of the milk with heavy cream or a dairy-free cream alternative.
